What is your return policy?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn unwashed shirts can be exchanged/returned within 15 days of receipt. Please mail back the product and include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. After we receive it, we will issue your refund.

If a product is defective, please mail back the product to us. We will replace it with a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge.

What is your domestic shipping rate?

We ship through USPS within the continental United States, with flat rate charge of $3.99.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. We use First Class International Package from USPS, which will take between 10-20 days to arrive.

International purchases may be subject to duties and custom fees. These fees are not reflected in the shipping cost; they are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information regarding these fees. UK customers please be aware these charges can be quite high with Royal Mail handling fees and customs charges.

How secure is this store?

We use Shopify as the e-commerce platform. For secure online payments Shopify includes an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 128 bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure. Moreover, in order to accept VISA, MasterCard, and other credit cards, the site must be PCI compliant. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

What brand of shirts do you print on?

All of our shirts are printed on Bella + Canvas brand products. Their shirts are produced in manufacturing facilities in which their working environments and worker's rights are inspected and approved by the WRAP association (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production). That means, Sweatshop-FREE! We also love their shirts because they are high quality and soft. 

How should I care for my shirts? Will they shrink?

The best way to care for your shirts is to turn them inside out and machine/hand wash them on warm. Since all of the shirts have some percentage of cotton, they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. For the least shrinkage, dry on low or hang dry. 

Do you accept designs from third parties?

No, all of our designs are designed by 139Made’s founder, Inka Mathew.
